As a longtime weed smoker myself I’ve always been fond of weed’s effects and very skeptical about various types of “fake weed” I’ve seen over the years. With Delta 8 and Delta 10 its different.
Delta 8 vs Delta 9

Do Delta 8 & Delta 10 Get You High?
Yes they do get you high, but they’re a bit less potent at about 75% potency of what Delta-9 does.
Delta 8 vs Delta 10
The Delta 8 products often give more of an Indica like high with feelings relaxation and calmness, whereas the Delta 10 products give users more of a Sativa like vibe causing them uplifting feelings and a explorative creative mind set.
The primary difference is the non psychoactive effects associated with Delta 8 THC and Delta 10 THC. Both are cannabinoids found in hemp plants, similar to how Delta 9 THC is found in the marijuana plant.
Both Delta-8 & Delta-10 get you high like Delta-9 but about 25% less potent. Meaning they’re about 75% as strong as the high you’d get from smoking high quality weed.
They key difference here is that both Delta-8 and Delta-10 are non psychoactive whereas Delta-9 is psycho active.
In regular traditional weed, the psychoactive effects associated with Delta 9 THC can lead to paranoia for the person smoking weed.
But with both Delta 8 THC and Delta 9 THC there is no typical paranoia involved based on my personal experiences and also from what I’ve researched on the web.
Is Delta 8 Legal? Is Delta 10 Legal?
With that being said, users should use caution when using these products as they have not been tested and regulated by the FDA. They are legal based on the 2018 Farm Bill but they are still new and being explored while evolving at the same time at a very rapid pace.
Keeping up with the latest trends in the CBD / Hemp / Delta 8 / Delta 10 is actually very hard work!
However Delta 8 THC and Delta 10 THC became legal in the United States of America when the focus on Hemp Production and the 208 Farm Bill was successful and the bill was signed into law.
